Terms of Service

By using Seelr (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Jaron L. Baston, doing business as Seelr ("Seelr," "we," "us").

Seelr is a healthcare conversion platform. It captures patient inquiries on behalf of clinics, scores intent, sends follow-up SMS messages, and generates conversational replies — all on the clinic's behalf. Seelr is not a medical provider, does not diagnose patients, and does not recommend treatment.

You must be 18 or older and authorized to act on behalf of any business you sign up. You may not use Seelr if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.

• You are responsible for ensuring your use of Seelr complies with all laws applicable to your business, including HIPAA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state-level marketing regulations.
• You are responsible for the content of any messages Seelr sends on your behalf, including SMS templates, follow-up sequences, and AI-generated replies.
• You may not use Seelr to send unsolicited messages, deceptive content, or anything prohibited by Twilio's acceptable use policy or US carrier regulations.
• You must keep your account credentials secure.

Seelr is software. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Patients should always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider for any medical condition.

Seelr is currently in early access. Pricing, features, and availability may change as the product evolves. Early-access clinics receive specific terms communicated at the time of onboarding.

Seelr offers a 14-day free trial (no credit card required). After the trial, $497/month. Specific billing terms are communicated at onboarding. There are no contracts; you may cancel at any time.

You may stop using Seelr at any time by emailing hello@seelr.io. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or applicable law. On termination, we will export your data on request and then delete it.

Seelr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates, booking outcomes, or revenue results. Past performance of other clinics does not guarantee future results for yours.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seelr's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid Seelr in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "effective" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of Seelr after a change constitutes acceptance.
