Seelr is a healthcare conversion platform operated by Jaron L. Baston, doing business as Seelr ("Seelr," "we," "us"). Our website is https://seelr.io. You can contact us any time at hello@seelr.io.

This policy describes how Seelr collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information across two distinct surfaces:

1. The Seelr marketing site (seelr.io), where healthcare clinic owners learn about and sign up for Seelr.
2. The Seelr widget and conversation engine, which is embedded on the websites of clinics that use Seelr to capture patient inquiries on their behalf.

When the widget is embedded on a clinic's website, that clinic is the data controller of the patient information collected; Seelr acts as a processor under their direction.

From clinic owners (marketing site)

• Name and clinic name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Niche/specialty (optional)
• Standard web analytics (page visits, referrer, device type)

From patients (Seelr-powered clinic websites)

• First name
• Phone number
• Email address (optional)
• Answers to the clinic's intake questions
• Funnel events: which steps were viewed, answered, or abandoned

We do not collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, payment card information, or any health information beyond what a patient voluntarily types into a clinic's intake form.

• To respond to clinic owners who request to be onboarded as a Seelr customer
• To deliver the Seelr service: capturing patient inquiries, scoring intent, sending appointment-related SMS follow-ups, and generating conversational responses to patient replies on behalf of the clinic
• To improve the conversion intelligence layer that powers Seelr
• To send clinic-specific operational updates and security notices

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Ever.

When a patient submits an inquiry through a Seelr-powered clinic website, they may receive SMS messages from the clinic to confirm and follow up on their inquiry. These messages are sent on behalf of the clinic, not from Seelr directly.

Opt-in: SMS consent is collected at the moment of form submission, when the patient voluntarily enters their phone number on the clinic's site.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on conversation activity. We do not share SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Seelr uses a small number of vetted infrastructure providers to deliver the service. They are bound by data processing agreements and only handle the data needed to do their job:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Vercel — web hosting
• Twilio — SMS delivery
• Anthropic — conversational AI (intent scoring, reply generation)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Zoho Mail — Seelr's own customer support inbox

We retain prospect and lead data for as long as necessary to deliver the service and fulfill the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Patients may request deletion of their information at any time by contacting the clinic that captured the lead, or by emailing hello@seelr.io.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of SMS or email communications
• Withdraw consent for processing at any time

We use industry-standard security practices: encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, row-level security in our database, scoped service credentials, and short-lived access tokens. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your information safe.

Seelr is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it immediately.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "effective" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced via email to active users.
